إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشآءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ المُهَيْمِنُ عَلَى ما تُرِيدُ.
Shoghi Effendi Translation
Potent art Thou to do what Thou willest, and able to ordain what Thou pleasest.
