Source (Arabic) قَدْ أَخَذَتْ رَعْدَةُ الضَّمَاءِ مَنْ فِي الإِنْشَاءِ أَيْنَ فُرَاتُ عِنَايَتِكَ يَا رَحْمَةَ العَالَمِيْنَ * Shoghi Effendi Translation Sore thirst hath overcome all men: Where is the river of Thy bounty, O Mercy of the worlds?
