عَلَى ما تَشاءُ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ المُهَيْمِنُ القَيُّومُ.

Translation

Potent art Thou to do what pleaseth Thee. No God is there save Thee, the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting.
