المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشآءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ العَلِيمُ الحَكِيمُ.

Translation

Powerful art Thou to do what Thou pleasest. Thou art, verily, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.
