عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ العَلِيمُ الحَكيْمُ.

Translation

Supreme art Thou over all things. There is none other God save Thee, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.
