عَلَى ما تَشآءُ لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ العَزِيزُ الحَكِيمُ.

Translation

Powerful art Thou to do what pleaseth Thee. Thou, truly, art the All-Glorious, the All-Wise.
