أَنْتَ المُقْتَدِرُ عَلَى ما تَشاءُ وَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ العَزِيزُ الْكَرِيمُ.

Translation

Powerful art Thou to do what pleaseth Thee. Thou art, verily, the All-Powerful, the Most Generous.
