بِكَ ارْتَفَعَ عَلَمُ الإِسْتِقْلَالِ عَلَى أَعْلَى الجِبَالِ وَتَمَوَّجَ بَحْرُ الإِفْضَالِ يَا وَلَهَ العَالَمِينَ *
Translation
By Thee the banner of independence was planted on the highest peaks, and the sea of bounty surged, O Rapture of the worlds.
